| Title | Preserve all Workspace and Window Characteristics |

| Description | All workspace characteristics including window position, height, width, pane size, column widths, pin state, etc, etc, should be preserved indefinitely for each and every dialogue window, so that FH can be closed and opened and retain all those characteristics as if it had not been closed. There may need to be an 'Installation Characteristics' button to reset any window to its defaults.
