In all cases right-click the Snipping Tool icon and choose Pin to Start or Pin to Taskbar for easy access.
Installation Instructions
It is pre-installed in Windows 10 and found at Start > Windows Accessories > Snipping Tool.
It is pre-installed in Windows 8, so right-click the Start screen background, click All apps, and find the tool in Windows Accessories.
It is pre-installed in Windows 7 & Vista and found at Start > All Programs > Accessories > Snipping Tool.
For Windows Vista you may need to follow these instructions:
– Click on Start button, and go to Control Panel.
– Click on Programs & Features link.
– Click on Turn Windows features on or off link. If User Account Control pops up for confirmation, click Continue button.
– Scroll down the list in Windows Features and tick the check box for Tablet-PC Optional Components to enable and show the Snipping Tool.
