“Hypertext Indented Narrative” pedigree format: Adapting the Burke’s Peerage format for the Web

This is an interesting article on formatting genealogy data for the web. Looks like it was written before the xml days, but I’m betting the format could be adopted fairly easily to an xsl transform, although the “section breaks” may need to be defined manually with a user defined attributeEvents are things that happened to an Individual and Attributes are things that described them. in the datafile where new pages should occur.
