This custom Report can be used to produce a report containing all Individual RecordsEvery person in your tree will have a single Individual Record, which holds all the information about that individual that you have entered. You can view and edit Individual records in the Property Box Dialogue. where the Contact Info AttributeEvents are things that happened to an Individual and Attributes are things that described them. has been completed.
In order to use this custom QueryQuerying is a very powerful feature that allows you to specify and save criteria for identifying a set of records of a given record type., you must download and install the Contact Info – Fact Set.

Narrative Reports
The Fact SetA Fact Set is a defined list of types of Facts – that is types of Events and Attributes. defines the Sentence TemplateSentences are used in conjunction with Fact Sets to produce Narrative Reports; their templates are highly customisable. such that Narrative Reports say nothing about the Contact Info, but if details are wanted, then use Tools > FactFacts are one of the key concepts at the heart of Family Historian; they are how you record the things that happened to, or described, each ancestor (Individual). Types > Contact Info > Edit > Sentence Template as shown below for ƒh V6 only:

Alphabetical Sort
To obtain alphabetically sorted contact details, enter the Name field with surname first, e.g. Munro, Steve, Mr.
In the Query, set the Name column to Sort Ascending, and for the Report select Add using Query and choose the Query.
In the Report Options, maybe set the Format tab Record Heading to use the %INDI._ATTR-CONTACT_INFO% Name instead of %INDI.NAME:ADORNED_FULL%, and on the Page Layout tab untick Start records on new page. The birth name can be added to the Contents tab Main Section Items by editing the default Name to Show even if empty.1
