A filtered list of Facts are one of the key concepts at the heart of Family Historian; they are how you record the things that happened to, or described, each ancestor (Individual). (events or Events are things that happened to an Individual and Attributes are things that described them.) in the current file, in ascending When an Event happened, or an Attrribute was true. order.
This finds facts whose Find Text matches any text sub-field within the fact.
The Find Text may be multiple words, but each may appear as a case insensitive substring within any word anywhere in any sub-field in any order.
Note that they include the sub-fields Where within Source, Text From Source and Note for any A link between a source and a fact, documenting Where within the source you find information being “cited” to support the fact/conclusion. on the yellow Source: “where information was found”. This could be anything from an archive in a county records office, a book, or even a relative’s recorded recollection.
