How to put Family Tree PDF on CD

In step 4 of creating a CD (Add Items for Table of Contents) I want to add 'Family Tree' item in the Table of Contents. Currently I do this by adding a picture (a saved jpeg of the family tree in question).

This works fine but rather than using a jpeg I'd like to add a PDF version of the family tree. However, PDF's are not listed in the available items even when I un-check the 'Show most commonly-used reports only'.

Is there no way to include a PDF in the Family Tree CD/DVD?

Use the Gedcom File or Other Download option that allows any file type.

Thank you - that works perfectly. Thanks too for the link - I'll follow up on that. I've been working on and off on the CD creation project for the last month gradually refining the layout to how I want to see it published.

Although I've been stuck a few times to achieve what I want it seems every time I come here there is a solution available!
