I have backed up my work onto a usb but when I try to load from the usb the programe states file path not valid any advice would be most welcome Thank you Rick

Exactly what have you backed-up, and how did you perform it?
Are you using standard Project structures with all Multimedia in the Media folder?
Did you include the Multimedia in the backup?
Did you use the File > Project Window > More Tasks > Copy Project option?
When you try to load, what file are you attempting to open?
