Does anyone have a problem with FH5 crashing on exit? FH4 was fine. My computer is quite new and a powerful system. Nothing else ever causes any probs. Tech support suggested it was my AV. I removed my AV and the problem still occurs. Here's the error I get:

FH5 crash on exit
You don't happen to have any Samsung software installed do you.
I did a google and found this one

FH5 crash on exit
As you are aware Tech Support are now on the case. However I do have some Samsung software i.e a network Samsung laser printer.
I have now removed the Samsung software and printer driver.
I have removed my AV.
I have uninstalled FH5 and re-installed it by the procedure of:
FH3
FH3.1
FH4
FH5
Only FH5 creates an error. Apparently I am the only that gets this error (as yet!).
Thanks.

FH5 crash on exit
The error I found was for Samsung phone software rather than a printer driver. Looking around this does sound like it's likely to be some sort of conflict as the problem has not been reported here or on the mailing list by anyone else at this stage.
Does the program run and exit correctly in Safe Mode?
If so do you have any services which could be the culprits?

FH5 crash on exit
I think we have come to an end on this one. I have heard nothing back from Tech Support since my last reply. I just have to live with the fact that FH5 crashes on exit.
Thanks anyway.
