I have upgraded to v.5 and cannot now copy facts, e.g. census entries, from one person to another using the Property Box. The copy button does not work.
I tried re-installing FH v.5 but it still does not work and to compound the problem my v.5. Key no longer works so I am on a 30 day trial. [frown]
Can anyone help please.

The details are here Paste fact failure.
It was caused by an add-on to Internet Explorer and/or Mozilla Firefox called 'Skype ClickToCall'.
The problem only occurred running an internet browser in one window when FH was running in another.
Regarding FH V5 installation key, what type of V4 - V5 Upgrade do you have?
Is a boxed CD set, or a download from Calico Pie?

Sounds like that Skype package needs to be listed in the Knowledge Base to warn other users.
If the V4-V5 Upgrade was purchased online as a download from Calico Pie, then you should have a fairly recent E-mail containing the Licence Details.
I would advise that you save this E-mail as a text file and archive it to your backups/CD along with the download file.
Use Copy & Paste to transfer the details from the E-mail/text file into the Licence Key field in FH, during installation, to avoid any false characters.
You cannot enter that Licence Key into the 30-Day Trial FH V5.
You can install the V4-V5 Upgrade over the top of the 30-Day Trial FH V5, but then you need to enter the Licence Keys for both FH V4 and V4-V5 Upgrade.
If you cannot find either of these Licence Keys then E-mail Calico Pie.
Send the full details of when you purchased the FH Versions and what E-mail address you used at the time.
They should be able to send the Licence Keys again.
