I have add '=Relationship(FileRoot(),%INDI%,TEXT,1)' to Report Options, which, for me, is fine when printing reports but I don't want the Relationship to appear when Creating a Website. How do I stop it ?

I presume you are using the FH Publish > Create a Website.
This will create a separate web page either for each Individual or optionally for each Family Couple.
Each web page is based on a Report, so typically you would use Reports that only reference one person or one couple, rather than Descendants by Generation[/b].
The recommended defaults are under Publish > Miscellaneous Reports and end in (for Web, CD or DVD).
These can be customised as required without the =Relationship() function, but I would advise you Save Report As a Custom Report and use the customised version.
There is a Knowledge Base entry on how to Make a Family Tree CD/DVD or Website that you may find useful.

For my website, I deliberately added the relationship to myself, as it was the first question asked on most emails coming in.
