Empty Boxes using laser printer

Hi there

I'm very new to FH and am having problems printing diagrams.
Using my HP Deskjet printer diagrams (Ancestors) print perfectly but when I try my Brother laser printer the boxes are empty i.e. no text at all.
Have tried every combination in the print 'set-up' to no avail.
Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Peter, the only thing I can think of is that your Laser is trying to print using a font it does not have. Have you got the latest drivers for the printer?

Thanks for your reply Jane,

Inspiration struck me at work this morning - I switched off 'print spooling' and printed 'direct to the printer' - hey presto - super diagrams.

However, I think you are probably correct in thinking the driver is at fault - will have a look for new drivers.
