Transfer of custom queries, report formats

Due to a computer crash I have to reinstal FH 3 on my second computer.
There is no problem with the installation but how do I bring over the 20 or so Custom Queries, and the various report options from my main computer?

To generalize the query: what is the best way of keeping FH installations on two computers identical?

Can anyone help with this one?

Thanks Jane you are a mine of information. I had compared the size of those files and thought they were identical, I will look more closely.
