Hi all
I have a few people in my family tree who have been married more than once. This is mainly because their first husband/wife has died. There is no option in the marriage status box to choose for widowers so what do I put? the information is not coming out correctly in my diagrams so I know that I need to input something. Can anyone help?

Widowers and Second Marriages
The marriage status shows the state of the marriage, not the status of the spouses at marriage. I normally just put the status from the certificate along with the 'priest' in the note against the marrige event.
