I'd like to see the root box in diagrams identifiable in some way, eg by a flag, such that text schemes can be tailored specifically for the root. For example the relationship to the root can be shown, either standard or customised, but the root itself doesn't need this text and could be suppressed. The root in a diagram is distinct from both ancestor and descendant.
