Jane, your new Wiki theme has unfortunately re-introduced the Sidebar to the Plugin Help & Advice pages.

When you can, could you please hide the Sidebar again.

Jane - thank you for fixing the sidebar, etc.

However, in the earlier theme, the Help & Advice pages would fill the width of the Plugin Help and Advice window.

It now seems that although the sidebar is hidden, its space is still allocated in the window as extra white space on the right.
This rather defeats the objective of allowing the Help text to fill the Plugin window.

Should the plugins-help.css as well setting div.right_page width to 95% also set:

div.dokuwiki
div.left_sidebar { width: 0%; }
div.right_sidebar { width: 0%; }

As they were already non display that did not help, but I have tweaked some of the other settings, and it seems better to me.
