This article goes into a lot of very technical information about storing your data on a USB stick and hacking around to support more than two computers.

I wonder if that section would be better moved to an article about using more than one computer.

Leaving the explanation of where FH stores it's information and using the standard backup and restore routines?

Especially as this is a 'Before you begin' page, it might frighten off new users.

I agree. It is too detailed on only part of the picture as it omits several methods of handling multiple PC such as Dropbox/Skydrive style synch, Plugins such as Backup and Restore Family Historian Settings, etc.
