I have FH 4 installed on two computers and I am about to replace my laptop. Should I uninstall from the old one before installing on the new one? And will my licence key still work?

Your license key will work fine, but to keep in terms with the license, once you have installed the program on the new laptop you should remove the program from the old one, especially if it is going to a new home.
