* Re-installing Family Historian

I am trying to re-install Family Historian on my computer. Having followed the upgrade path I am having to start at version 2 and work upwards. No problem until I get to the 3 to 4 upgrade when I reach the point to enter licence details. Even though I am copying & pasting the Licence Name & Registration Key from the F H Order e-mail, I am getting a 'Key is not valid. Please check it carefully & try again message. Re-installation is due to upgrading from XP to Windows 7

Presumably you have two FH Upgrade Licence Names & Registration Keys.
One for Upgrade from V2 to V3, and another for Upgrade from V3 to V4.
If you still have all the original E-mail and purchase details, then Calico Pie may be able to help.
