Delete and update Customised Flags labels

I would like to have the option to delete flags and also update the text of a Customised Flag from the Flag pull down list.

At present version 4 shows the flags by right clicking in the Record window and also allows you to create a new Flag.

The 'Work with Lists and Flags' on the toolbar menu currently does not allow you to delete the flag or update the flag text.

I believe you can perform all those tasks already by using Tools > Work with Named Lists and Flags.

Any Flag will be automatically deleted when it is no longer set on any Individual Record and its Flag Status is NOT to Always include this record flag in flag lists.
The Flag Changing Tasks option 3 allows any named Record Flag to be cleared.
Click the Flag Status button, untick Always include this record flag in flag lists, and click OK.
Then the named Flag will automatically delete when FH is restarted.

To rename a Flag perform the following steps:
Use List Changing Tasks option 4 with the old Flag and a new List to list the necessary Records.
Use Flag Changing Tasks option 3 with the old Flag to clear the old Flag.
Use Flag Changing Tasks option 1 with the new Flag and the same List to set the Flag on all the Records.
Use List Changing Tasks option 6 on the same List to empty the List of Records.
