file root lost

I recently reinstalled FHv3 on my PC, and I can't find a way to specify a person as file root any more. Seems to have disappeared off the Edit menu.

Any ideas what's happened here?

Make sure you have 3.1.2 (if not download the patch from the top right option on the main page and install it).
