Maybe not everyone looks that closely at the HTML generated but I do!
There is a mixture of case used when generating HTML tags - INDEX seems to be upper and we have whereas most other tags seem to be in lowercase.
As the W3C standard is that all should be lower can we please (a) ensure consistency and (b) adhere to recognised standards.
