It would be nice to be able to define a set of 'global' flags that would be standard across all gedcom files on a computer, as well as 'local' flags that were specific to a particular gedcom (as the current flags are). The 'global' flags would appear as options in every gedcom on the computer.
This can be simulated as a workaround by editting the Flags.fha file created in C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataCalico PieFamily HistorianFlags folder during installation. However, it presumably is at the mercy of later upgrades and changes by the developers.
