* Adding Multimedia records to remember last folder

When Adding Multimedia, FH should remember the last folder used to add Multimedia from and start with that when presenting the Insert Pictures dialog box.

Currently FH remembers it during a session, but not after FH has been closed down. Since I am now using Projects, the folder is quite a way down so it takes a large number of clicks to get there.

(The Insert Pictures box doesn't include a short-cut bar at the left, unlike a standard MS Windows File Open dialog, so I can't tweak that bar either).
