When doing a narrative report we currently have three choices of the size of photos, certificates, census etc that appear in the report. The problem is that if you chose small, medium, large or custom this automatically applies to all media images no matter what size it is on an individuals computer. I would like to see the media size to be automatically shown as the same size that appears on our computer.
As an example if you have (say) a passport size photo on you computer and you have chosen the image size to be large or or custom (say A4 size) the photo, along with everything else will be large or A4 size. The photo itself will be out of focus in the report.

According to my understanding, there is actually no such thing as an image size as such, there are only pixel dimensions (which can, however, be thought of as having two components, image size and resolution).
I take the point of your wish, though, but I would very much like to have even more flexibility about picture sizes, so that I could choose a generic size and then make exceptions (stating any size at all, rather than one of three options) - sometimes, for example, in a report, one might have a photo and an image of a military record of service. It would be completely pointless to have the latter in the report at all unless it is very large, as it will consist of writing which will be otherwise illegible. Etc.
On the basis of you wanting more size flexibility, I will add my vote to your wish!! Let's hope it gets a hearing.

Thanks for your support Philip.
My use of the word 'image' is simply because nowadays when taking digital photos they are called 'images' on the image card in the camera.
This is a camera description whether the image was taken in pixel or Raw format. I don't normally use the Raw format but I have recently experimented with using this. I am still learning about this format. All I can say at the moment is that images in Raw format are considerably larger than using 12m pixel size and thus allows fewer images on the image card.
Raw format allows one to make adjustments to the images and improve the quality better then jpeg format. Once these have had the image improved they can be saved in jpeg format and thus added to FH
As I said I am still learning about this.
