Wish List no. 150

Post by LornaCraig » 14 Jan 2013 21:17

I have just noticed Wish List item no. 150, requesting the ability to put pictures in the background of diagrams. I think this can be removed from the Wish List because V5 does offer this. (Diagram Options, General tab, 'Background' options include 'Picture').

I added a comment to the item itself in the WL but don't know whether it will be spotted there!

Sorry Jane, I didn't have the 'Show Completed' box ticked, so didn't see that column. Apologies.

Wish List no. 150

Post by LornaCraig » 17 Jan 2013 17:31

Further to my last post, I have found that when the Search box is used to search the Wish List for particular topics, but the 'In' box is left at 'ALL', unticking the 'show completed' option removes the column showing when some items were completed (or if they were dropped), but completed items are still shown in the results list.

(Hence my previous mistake: try searching for 'pictures' and you get a list of 12 items, only 4 of which are still active, regardless of whether 'Show Completed' is ticked).

If the Search box is not used, ticking or unticking the 'show completed' option and then hitting 'Go' does add or remove completed items. Shouldn't this always be the case?

Thanks Lorna, I will take a look at the Wish List code when I get a chance.

edit: Found it I was missing some brackets on the Query when searching.
