* ReSize Diagram Options Box

The majority of boxes in V5 can be resized. However the diagram options box cannot.
In doing away with flags, I now have a large number expressions in the boxes tab, that I wish to sort into some sort of order.
Given the default overall size of the box, it is almost impossible to see what each expression is, never mind sort them easily.
So either an option to maximise the whole window, or an option (Like with flags) for a seperate sort window. (Drag and drop would also be a bonus)
