Plugins in the Knowledge Base

With Simon's permission I have added a new section to the Knowledge Base for Plugin related items.

I have included a Code Snippet section to add sample code and put a few examples in.

I have added code snippets for using a database with Lua and those which Mike and I have been using to talk to web pages etc.
