A colleague of mine had built a tree on Ancestry's site, and is now trialling FH. Ancestry's recent addition of a gedcom export therefore was a welcome facility.
However, Ancestry doesn't yet include FAMS or FAMC tags. FH imports the individuals and the families OK as separate entities, but it doesn't properly connect the two. While I can see the family members from the family viewpoint, the individuals are not connected to the family!
I couldn't see a way to connect family records back to individuals in FH, i.e to rebuild the missing relationship. It strikes me that this would be useful ... does anyone know whether it is in fact possible?
Meantime, I wrote a VB program to correct the Ancestry export. There were some other oddities in there too.

Import from Ancestry gedcom
Aha - I see that the new beta version includes this as a facility ... I'll give it a try!
