I have just added a spreadsheet with macro called years, to the templates downloads. (Maybe wrong place?)
I have opened this thread in case anybody decides to give it a try and has any difficulty (or improvements).
The macro is simple and safe. You may need to turn them on in Microsoft Excel.
Simply double click or right click a cell, or of course type as shown.
The reason for this is that I found it time consuming and awkward to keep a record of quarters checked in BMD. After a gap in research it is difficult to know what you have done so far. Using a paper grid with a pen is slow because you are actually holding a mouse at the point when you wish to tick a box with a pen.
Setting the spreadsheet window as narrow as possible on the side of the screen leaves plenty of room for BMD sheets.
Many people can be entered in the same spreadsheet by use of the tabs at the bottom.
To remove the examples I entered, simply right click the red cells and delete the data in the others.
