I have a woman who appears to have been divorced twice by her husbands in 1915 and 1925. Each time there is a co respondant named and her 3rd husband is the man named as co respondant on her second divorce although she didnt marry him until 5 years later...is this usual?
Before I order any divorce papers from NA, I was wondering what information they are likely to contain. Has anyone obtained divorce records, can you give me some idea of the info they may contain please?

Divorce
I have Divorce Papers from TNA obtained by a family member a few years ago so do not know the cost.
I have 25 A3 pages. The final decree was 1879 and on the front cover says 'CLOSED UNTIL 1980' so assume 100 years.
There are a number of statements giving details of the marriage and children, addresses and dates. Plenty of accuations and counter accuations. It did help me to sort out who my gx2 grandfather most likely was and to understand the family.
I can't understand how they could afford a divorce as he was a 'Labourer' and then they both remarried as 'widower/widow'. Without the papers I would not have believed it.

Thanks Hilary, sounds like they could help me sort out a few things!! I'm a bit confused about the 100 year closure. It appears on TNA that I can order these records, so I will wait and see. I have requested an estimate of the costs of the documents,
