Is it possible to remove people from a diagram/chart but not delete them permanently?.

The Diagram menu has an option to Hide Selected Boxes.

Thank you for the reply - I had a look at the Diagram options but couldn't see the appropriate tab I'm using V.5
As you will have guessed I'm a newbie :-)

As Peter Said the option is on the diagram menu and not diagram options.

You can also just right click on a box on the diagram and select Hide, you should note if you hide someone (excluding spouses) with descendants they will be hidden as well.
