Re: FT Analyzer
Some years later, FT Analyser has been updated, with support (it says) for the 1939 Register. ..... does anyone know what "fact" FT Analyser is looking for with respect to the 1939 Register? It doesn't seem to like me calling it a census but, although I appreciate it isn't, I don't really know what it is!!
Re: FT Analyzer
The FT Analyzer Website shows:
"New Features
Added support for 1939 UK National Registration in census reports including automated searching of Find My Past"
so should presumably look for facts to be defined as 'Census' for the 1939 Register entries, but I haven't tested it yet.
If it doesn't't work that way it will probably be necessary to contact the program 'publisher' as the Guidance Notes for the programme haven't yet been updated

Re: FT Analyzer
I have tried to contact the FTA developer(s) via their issues page but pressing "submit" results in a box that says "working....." & has been so doing for well over an hour now. Someone else seems to be having the same problem - it comes up with "1939 isn't a supported census date". Any help would be gratefully received.

Re: FT Analyzer
Have you tried specifically the 29 September 1939 date?

Re: FT Analyzer
I have also been in contact with codeplex about 1939 register support.
I have sent them a small gedcom to help sort out the errors.
All my 1939 entries were done using AS so have exact date.
i am still waiting to hear back from Levva.
