Can anyone tell me where and how I enter the information to be able to produce an individual census report please? Thanks jay

Individual Census Report
That report displays Census event entries.
You can create them using the Event tab on the properties dialog.
However, by far the easiest way to enter census information is to use GedCom census, which is available from this site.
