How can I enter multiple census entries for one person, at the moment after one entry I have to save it before it will allow me to enter the next year census[frown]

Have you read the 'Creating a Census Entry?' in the help file? I suggest you have a look at that as it may help you to understand what is going on. You can read the same help information on the Knowledge Base Wiki, see the link on the main menu of this website.

To summarise. most people usually use Gedcom Census to enter a census houusehold, e.g. you select the Year, type in the place, address, reference, etc. and then select each of the people who were in the household for that census. If there are new people in the census record who aren't in your family tree you should go back into Family Historian to add them, save the tree and go back into Gedcom Census (you don't have to close GC it will automatically update with the new people). Once you have selected each of the people, entered age and occupation for each you can save the information (optionally attaching an image of the census too). Once you have done that you then get the chance to enter another census record, etc.
