Ability to add fields to source docs in FH3?

Does the latest version of FH have the ability to add user-defined fields to source documents please?
I'm still using Generations which has this feature - I can, for example, call up a blank birth certificate template, and add additional fields if I want. This is an excellent feature I don't want to do without!

Unfortunately not.

It is on the wish list, but does not have many votes.
