* Associated Individual Types Editor Fields

When editing Associated Individual Types there are up to three parameters for the Individual in file methods.

For the Custom Event and Local note methods the first parameter holds the relationship of Associated person to Key person.

Whereas, for both Association structure methods this parameter holds the reverse relationship of Key person to Associated person.
For the both ways variant it is the second parameter that holds the relationship of Associated person to Key person.

This makes switching between methods particularly awkward.
