History of changes from given date

Hi all,
I have had a request from a family member asking if I can supply a list of recent additions or changes to records etc.
Is there a way that I can list all additions or chages to records from a given date so that I can pass on this info please?

Every Record keeps a last Update date, but this does not identify which fields were changed.

You could start from the four Standard Queries named Last Updated .... Records.
Save them as Custom Queries and add the Rows filter Add if =LastUpdated() is greater than 1 Jan 2010 or whatever date you choose.
This could be extended to all the other Record types.
Additional Columns for extra fields could be inserted.
Each Result Set can be printed or saved in various file formats.

I am not sure that this gives you what you want.
