Re: Other Information
I could do that, Neil, I guess but surely the 'other information' wouldn't show in the Auto Text or elsewhere?
Re: Other Information
We're going round in circles here!
It would appear everywhere you put {OTHER} in an auto text template, source title template, short title template or Image/Media title template.

Re: Other Information
Looking at the Auto Text it doesn't show any references at all? Also it doesn't record the county?

Re: Other Information
When installed, AS has 4 Autotext templates for each of Births, Baptisms, Deaths and Burials, and 8 for Marriages (plus 1 for Census) - these cover a range from "all data input" through to Birth / Marriage Certificates and Parish Registers, etc. So there is no "normal" one!.
Once you have selected your Source Type in the toolbar (viz. Census, Birth, Baptism, etc), you select the Autotext template by hitting the Auto button towards the bottom left of the window and selecting the required template from the list (eg "Birth Certificate 1837 - (England/Wales)", "Generic Birth", etc.
Having said all the above, it does make me wonder which Method you are using - Method 1 or Method 2. I think most of the comments in this stream have been made on the assumption you are using Method 1 but I am just starting to wonder, from your responses, whether you may be using Method 2?.

@johnwrosser ~ I think it would help everyone if you posted a screenshot of whatever you are describing each time.

Re: Other Information
I am somewhat confused (as usual) about whether I'm using method 1 or 2? Do I understand that if I pick Auto Text for say 1837 Parish Registers plain (not R) then it will show the complete address?
As to methods 1 & 2, see screenshots:

Re: Other Information
The first screenshot is of the Plugin version used to start AS rather than anything from AS. Your screenshots don't tell us which method you are using - look at Tools / Options and select, say, "Birth settings" - this will show what Method you have selected.
In terms of what the Autotext templates show, you can easily cycle through all of them once you have input your data as nothing actually gets saved to FH until you select the Save option in AS

Re: Other Information
Okay - thanks for confirming.
As I said on my last post, having input data in to AS (but NOT saved it), you can cycle through all the Autotext templates for the given source type by hitting the Auto button and selecting from the given list. As you select each one it will be populated with the data you have input, so you can easily see what would ultimately be saved in to FH. Each template will have the data displayed in different formats and will often vary in terms of what is displayed - for example, the "Generic ....(Data only)" will list all the data you have input while one of the Certificate templates will show only the data that the given certificate would have contained (viz. it will NOT show data that you have input in one of the AS fields that is not a field on the selected certificate).
