Rich text editor - keyboard shortcuts?
Does anyone know if these menus in the rich text editor can be navigated to using the keyboard (specifically citations and hashtags)? I know the normal formatting options (bold, italics, etc) can be toggled on/off using keyboard shortcuts, and that links can be added using the context menu (Shift+F10), but I would like to use ORA to add citations and hashtags and cannot work out what (if any) shortcut works... Thanks!

I don't think there is a shortcut for that, one possible work around is to write a plugin which creates the rich text directly prompting for each field from ORA. You can add the plugin to the menu to make it easy to call.

Thanks for your reply, Jane.
Would a plugin like that work for records where there is already an existing note/research note and simply append the required text to the end or in a specific location? I use a note to create a chronology based on each record I find, but everything is contained with a single running note...

Re: Rich text editor - keyboard shortcuts?
Yes, a plugin can certainly append to the end of whatever already exists.
Whether a plugin can insert at a specific location depends upon whether the structure of the Rich Text is well-defined so that a set of logical rules allow the plugin to find the desired location.
