* descendants chart from Focus Window

Does anyone know if there is a way of printing a chart in the format found on the Descendants Tab on an individual's focus window? By the way I tried to do a Snip copy and Ctrl-v paste into this post but nothing happened when I pressed Ctrl-v, what am I doing wrong please?

You can't paste directly into the message using CTRL V, when composing or replying to a post, you will see ATTACHMENTS at the bottom, which is where you upload and add your image into the post.

Somebody asked a similar question on the family-historian@groups.io forum today and my answer is similar here.

The Focus Window Descendants tab cannot be printed within FH.
So the simplest way is to use the Snip & Sketch or Snipping Tool in Windows and capture a screenshot that can be saved &/or printed just like you did to post it here!

A customised Descendant Diagram could work for you. It would need to limit the Generations Down, set Orientation: Left-right, use the “Name, Dates” Text Scheme, and set Pictures to None.

If you are unfamiliar with using Diagram Options to apply those customisations then ask again.
