Editing standard template source

Post by afl2 » 06 Apr 2023 09:53

Hi all, I have read a previous thread about editing source, (nov 22) regarding editing but that did not help me.
I have used the set template source for civil registration certificates via ancestral sources but i am not happy with the source title. I like the year at the beginning, so checking the programme it appears i can not edit the template via source templete defination editor. Previous versions I was able to.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
Alan

Hi Alan. Yes, the 'standard' Source Templates cannot be edited in the same way 'standard' Queries cannot be edited.

So select the template, use the Clone... button, and edit the cloned copy.
