Mr. Tatewise or any of the other experts out there. I did not know of the UDF List Plugin until I read your comments regarding exporting a gedcom in Issue with Export Gedcom plugin v5.2 (21542). I don't have the issue with the gedcom; yet, but I installed the UDF List plugin, and to my horror, I have over 22,000 UDFs. All imported from Legacy Family Tree last year I would assume.
While transitioning to FH, I created a project from a Legacy gedcom, and then later created a new one directly from Legacy as a number of you suggest that is the best approach.
Now that I've installed the UDF List plugin, how do I remedy all the UDFs? I surely don't have the time or patience to wade through them manually.

Re: UDF List plugin with import from Legacy
I've started a new thread for this topic as it does not involve the Export Gedcom File plugin fault.
The UDF List plugin is mentioned in the FHUG Knowledge Base Importing to Family Historian under Import from Legacy Family Tree (LFT) and elsewhere such as Handling Uncategorised Data Fields which gives advice about using the plugin and fixing UDF in bulk.
Having studied that advice, if anything is unclear then ask again.
