In the top section of the property box, under the FACTS tab, there are 4 columns.
Date, Fact, Age and More
If I add say a census to a person, it shows further down in the CITATION, but there used to be an icon showing in the MORE column. This has recently disappeared and I can't how to get it back.
Any Ideas please.

Re: Property box Icon
That icon appears against a fact on the fact tab if and only if there are media attached to the Fact (or to a Source or Citation for the fact).

Or you add a note to the fact, below addressColeValleyGirl wrote: ↑06 Mar 2023 15:02That icon appears against a fact on the fact tab if and only if there are media attached to the Fact (or to a Source or Citation for the fact).
I’m not sure what other icons can be added to this column, but they are only added when certain criteria exist ( Media, Note etc)

Re: Property box Icon
snook, can you help us know which FH version you have as your Profile on the right of your posting says None.
Click your username, navigate to Edit Profile, select Family Historian V7 (probably), and then scroll down to SUBMIT.
The Media icons in the More column depend on the settings in the Media for Fact popup window.
Click the Show Media icon in the middle of the Property Box toolbar below the Facts list.
Tick the options for Include Source Record Media and Include Citation Media to reveal the Media icons when Media is attached to those Source Citation items.

Re: Property box Icon
The particular icon in the screenshot is the Media icons. Other icons that can appear in the column are the icons to show there are Witnesses or Notes for that fact.
From the Help file:
From the Help file:
The final column in the Facts List is the 'More' column. This can display the following icons:
Witnesses flag: Fact has one or more witnesses. These can be viewed in the Witnesses Window. Click on the icon itself, or right-click on the fact and choose Show Witnesses from the dropdown menu, to open the Witnesses dialog to view or edit witnesses for the fact.
Media flag: Fact has one or more media items. These can be viewed in the Media Viewer. Click on the icon itself, or right-click on the fact and choose Show Media from the dropdown menu, to open the Media Viewer and view or edit media associated with the fact.
Notes flag: Fact has a note. This can be viewed in the Fact tab's Note box, when the fact is selected. Click on the icon itself, to open the Note Window to view or edit the note.
