Are there any reports that allow the option to show citation assessment?

Yes, they all can but the method depends on what type of Source Citations you use.
  1. Generic Source Citations
Use Tools > Preferences > Sources > Generic Source Formats...
For the Format: Footnote (or Short Footnote) tick the Assessment option on the right.
    Finally, click OK and OK.
  2. Templated Source Citations
Use Tools > Source Template Definitions... and select each Template you use in turn.
Click View/Edit... and add {=GetDisplayText(%CUR~CITN.QUAY%,STD)} to the Footnote Format then Save and Close.
Click Compare/Sync with Source Template Record... and select the change marked with a red X on the right.
Click View/Sync... and Perform Task > Update record (right-side) version to match left-side version...
    Finally, click Close and Close.
Then the Sources section of every type of Report will include an Assessment: entry.
