I am new to using Ancestral Sources, so maybe I am doing something wrong. I have watched Nicks videos and thought this was a great way to enter census records and have used it for 18 different census records.
My question is, after entering the census record, I went into my Media tab in FH and after clicking on one of the census media records I noticed that it only had one link to the record, but it is attached to six people. The link that it is attached to is from the Ancestral Sources census field "Ref ID" and does not show the six people the file in tied to. If you go in FH and look at the person, it shows a media file attached, and all the data from the census in the citation, but when you publish an individual summary report in FH the media file does not show up. I am running version 7.6.6 64 bit. Is there a setting that I am missing to be able to see the people that are linked to this media record and not just to the Ref ID?

Re: Census Media Links
You are doing nothing wrong.
Ancestral Sources defaults to using Method 1 'splitter' style Source Citations.
Each member of the census household has a Census event and possibly Occupation and other facts.
Each of those facts has a Citation and each Citation links to one Source record.
That single Source record has the Census image on its Media tab, which is why the Media record has only one link.
When looking in the Citation Window on its Media tab, try changing the Show option at the top.
You will discover the Media is attached to the Source Record only.
Possibly you do not realise that the Citation Window shows both the Source Record and the Citation-specific details.
Most of the details shown with Method 1 are in the Source Record and not the Citation itself.
With the Citation Window open, use its cog Menu top right and choose Show Source Record's Citations in Result Window which will list all the Citations and associated Facts and Individuals, i.e. the whole household.
In the Individual Summary Report, you must enable Source Media to get Census and other source images to appear in the Sources section at the end. See the Report > Options > Sources tab and the Source Citation Pictures section.
