I haven’t had the same message while using FMP, but have every time over the last few days when I tried to view an image on FH

Hi. Spoke to FMP firts thing this AM and they confirmed that system had issues. Got email at 4:30pm saying should be OK which appears to be the case. Hurrah!

I too can confirm this behaviour on the FMP website accessed through a browser, not through FH. It's been worse the last week or two...one wonders if more people are now on the site accessing the 1921 census and overloading the system.

I use FMP directly (i.e. without FH) and since last week I have repeatedly had the message, always when trying to access an image. For a while during a session of research all is as normal but after the first occurrence transcriptions remain accessible but not images.

Jane,

I started having this problem again, though this time it wasn't the same error message. I renamed the folder you indicated should be deleted. I decided to rename it just in case something went wrong. However, nothing went wrong and your fix got my FMP hints working again. I can now safely delete the renamed folder. Oh, me of little faith. Thanks for the suggestion!
