* Source templates and capitalization

I'm creating source templates. I have a field called {Type} that is input as database and images. This works fine in my footnote. But in my Bibliography I would like it to say Database and images. Capitalized.

A similar issue, if the Author is put in as John Doe, it's fine in the footnote. But in the Bibliography, I want it to say Doe, John.

I somehow feel maybe there is an entire class of 'functions' (Namecase and/or Reverse) I'm not finding. Are either of these doable? And if there is something I need to go read, that's great too.

There under Field Code Qualifiers there is REVERSE for Name fields that does what you want, along with some others.

I wonder if you entered Database and Images in Title case (Capitalization means entirely in CAPITALS) which would be correct for Bibliography, you could then use the =ToLower(...) function in the Footnote, but I have not tried that.

Jackie, you might want to use the shortcut for the field you want rather than using the index, as if one of the fields is not entered you might not get the value you were expecting.

I would guess your field would be something like
%SOUR.~TX-TYPE%
