I've had a quick search but cannot see anything about this so apologies if there is and send me in its direction. I've had a play buy can't work out an expression that would do this.

Is it possible in the Source Records List to have a column that indicates in some way (not necessarily the whole text) that there is a local note included in the source record please?

I've started to update source records using the Note functionality to include a web link to the original image on various websites for narrative reports. However I have a lot to update and it would be useful if there was any way within that list view to indicate that a local note record exists. I don't use notes in sources, other than the odd few that have multiple citations (eg for GRO BMD index), so this would help me over time update all the existing source records.

Yes, the Column Expression %SOUR.NOTE2[1]% should work.

The << Insert Data Ref... data reference assistant Source - Note option provides that for you!
