How to change username

I've searched quite a bit. How do I change my forum username? I inadvertently made it the same as my email address, and I'd prefer it be something else. I can get to where you change your email address and password, but the username is in bold with no form to fill in the change.

You will need to Email the Administrator Jane via her Profile.
