I have a question about witnessed facts and timeline facts as they appear in the individual property box. Apologies if this question has been asked before but I couldn't find the answer when I searched the forums.
I have entered a marriage into FH (using AS) where the bride's mother was a witness but her father was not. In the facts tab of the father's property box there is a timeline fact ("marriage of daughter...") but in the mother's property box there is no timeline fact, only the witnessed fact ("witnessed marriage of..."). Does this mean that it isn't possible for an individual to have both a timeline fact and a witnessed fact for the same event? I don't suppose it really matters but I do like the ability to see the timeline facts.
Thank you
Lizzie

Re: Timeline facts and witnessed facts
Yes, you are correct, it is only possible for one instance of a Fact to appear at the same time in the Facts tab.
So that might be the Individual/Family Fact, a Fact Witness, or a Timeline Fact.
Remember that Timeline Facts don't actually 'belong' to an Individual but to a close relation.
See glossary:property:events_tab|> Property Box Dialogue: Individuals: Facts Tab.
